This card shows an old man, with a long white beard, standing on a snowy mountain top. In his right hand he holds a lantern containing an eight beamed star. In his left hand, he holds a staff with a red feather and two medicine bags on it. He is dressed in old, grey rags, and he smiles as he looks down the mountains.
Meditation and Contemplation
This card means meditation, the search for truth, teaching, good counsel, wisdom, prudence, a withdrawal from life to find the center. Perhaps the Seeker has these qualities, or perhaps he/she is about to meet someone else who does.
