This card shows a bishop, shorn and shaven, standing in his stone church. He wearing a gold miter with a crown at the top, and keys in the design, and carrying a gold scepter. At his feet kneel two acolytes with tonsured heads. One is smiling, the other is frowning.
Conformity
This card means repressive conformity, captivity, servitude, empty ritual. A concern for form over function. A desire to hold on to old things, even if they are outdated. A desire to control others, or a position in which you have allowed yourself to be controlled by others.
